FRESHWATER BOAT
This pilothouse yacht is built on a low deadrise, modified V-hull with a deep forefoot and shallow keel. She has three staterooms, with cherrywood interior and two in-suite full heads w/ sink and shower. Her galley and her salon are situated in typical pilothouse fashion. Her full beam master stateroom is amidship and her salon has close to 7 feet of headroom. Forward, her dinette/pilothouse has a wraparound helm with a tilt back swivel seat, direct flying bridge access, excellent visibility and joystick steering. There is full instrumentation; including radar, chart plotter and auto pilot. Additional features include cockpit access to her engine room, a spacious flybridge with an L-shaped settee and davit, sea chests to reduce thru hull openings and side exhausts. She is equipped with a bow thruster and an additional helm station located in the cockpit for ease of docking.
This boat has been in fresh water and maintained in a covered slip since October of 2003. The boat was hauled and the bottom completely refinished in October 2006. The gel coat has recently been buffed and polished up to the gunnels. Engines and generators are meticulously maintained annually. One unique feature of this boat is the extended swim platform which offers and additional 2’ of length over the stock swim platform. This is a beautiful boat that runs great and is a pleasure to cruise.

Pilothouse
The Pilothouse is a combination helm station and lounge. There is a full L-shaped
Corinthian leather sofa seating area. The molded pilothouse ceiling is fully lighted and the area is fully
carpeted. The generous pilothouse windows give excellent visibility forward and to port and starboard. There is a TV monitor in the overhead instrumentation area that can be switched between a camera in the engine room and an aft
view camera. In addition there is an inside stairway access from the Pilothouse to the
Flying Bridge. This room is both an excellent helm station to pilot the boat in adverse
weather conditions and a secondary entertainment area to complement the Salon.
