1993 Lakeview Houseboat 14x70

1993 LAKEVIEW - 70 ft in length with a 14 foot beam. The Hull is aluminum and was inspected when the boat was out of the water and the hull below the water line is in good condition with no signs of damage or previous repair.

UPPER DECK of the boat is in good condition. There is a Fly Bridge and it is constructed of fiberglass with a tinted plexi-glass windshield. Fly Bridge seating is port and starboard. There are 2 sets of gauges, one set for each of the drive engines.

APPLIANCES: All appliances are made by Kenmore – Electric Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave and Washer/Dryer.

HEADS: The boat has both of the heads on its starboard side. Each has a shower, vanity with a sink and medicine cabinet. The commodes are Crown Head II connected to an MSDIII System and meet USCG guidelines. Each is in good working condition.

BEDROOMS: The first bedroom (Queen’s room) is to port. It has full size sleeping accommodations. There is also a spacious closet in this room. The large Cuddy and has a storage area with closet space. The Master Stateroom has raised King size sleeping accommodations to port with nightstand on either side. To starboard there is a closet and a bureau. This room exits onto the rear deck through a sliding glass door.

FRESH WATER TANKS: The boat has 80 gallon fresh water tanks that are under the cabin. There are 2 of these tanks.

HOLDING TANKS: The boat has 2 holding tanks that are under the cabin and are 80 gallons each.

WATER HEATER: Enterprise Corp. under cabin 19-gallon electric water heater.

AIR CONDITIONER: Manufactured by Trane the central heat and air unit is new.

ELECTRICAL: Fuse panel is two 50 amp – 125/250 – volts and is manufacturer installed under the cabin and it meets ABYC guidelines.

ENGINES: 2 Mercruiser 3.0 drive engines. The engines have less than 410 hours.

DRIVE: Inboard/outboard Alpha Drive Mercruiser, Hydraulic Steering. Boots were replaced and the lower units serviced in April of 2009.

FUEL TANKS: Two 78-gallon fuel tanks

GENERATOR: Westerbeke 12.5 K.W. with 800 hours.

PARTY TOP: The party top is 22 feet long and spans the beam of the boat. It was installed in December of 09 so it has never seen sun. There are 2 ceiling fans mounted to the underside of the top. Each fan has a remote and 2 lights controlled with a rheostat.
